Ingredients
0.5 tsp Pepper, black1.0 tbsp Olive Oil12.0 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted1.0 tsp Hot Pepper Sauce2.0 tsp Honey Mustard1.0 serving Granny smith apple - 1 med. apple0.25 oz Baby Carrots Grimmway Farms (3 oz = about 10/11 baby carrots)2.0 tbsp Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar1.0 tbsp aunt sue's raw & unfiltered honey1.0 tbsp aunt sue's raw & unfiltered honey20.0 tbsp chicken n rib bbq sauce0.5 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
Directions
Cook chicken bbq ingredients ( chicken, bbq sauce , honey hot sauce and red pepper flakes) in pot over low heat for 30 minutes cool slightly and shred chicken. Apple slaw.. Slice Apple's in thin strips and place in medium bowl. Slice carrots with potato peeler ( watch your fingers) and place in bowl with carrots. In small bowl combine remaining slaw ingredients mix will then pour over Apple's and carrots mix will. Either you can eat this sandwich without bread or on whole wheat buns with added calories from bun Assemble.. Bun bottum chicken Apple slaw top bun Enjoy Serving Size: 3 oz chicken 1/2 slaw
