0.50 cup, sliced Strawberries, fresh 1 cup, pared, chopped Cucumber (peeled) 2 cup, shredded Romaine Lettuce (salad) 2 cup, shredded or chopped Iceberg Lettuce (salad) 1 cup Baby Spinach (raw) 1 serving Grape Tomatoes (3oz/12 tomatoes) 0.50 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz) .5 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange)
