Mexican tuna salad

Ingredients
Two cucumbers with peelone medium red oinon5 medium red tomatoes2 avocados1/4 cup jalapeno pepper.one can of tuna packed in waterone cup lemon juice8-10 tbsp of fresh cilantro
Directions
Chop everything up and break up tuna into small pieces. mix together and pour on lemon juice. Let this salad marinate in the fridge for at least 4 hours. This is the most flavorful, delicious and low calorie salad I have ever tasted. You may substitute shrimp or any other fish for the tuna, and it will taste just as good.
