Egg Bake

Ingredients
12 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 3 serving potatoes- shredded hash browns simply potatoes (1/2 cup) 1.5 cup, diced Ham, extra lean, (5% fat) 2 serving Bacon Bits (oscar mayer real bacon bits) 1.5 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese 1 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk) 1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper .75 cup, chopped Onions, raw
Directions
Heat oven to 375 and spray 13x9 pan with non stick cooking spray, sprinkle hash brown potatoes in the bottom and distribute ham, onion, green pepper and cheese evenly throughout pan. whisk eggs, milk and salt and pepper (if wanted) together and pour gently over ham mixture. place in oven and bake for 50 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Cut and serve.
