2 15 oz cans great value chili beans 28oz can Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added 8 oz Ground beef, lean 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw Chili powder to taste (i use about a tbls)
brown meet and onions in skillet. (I use a bit of pam but find there is more then enough fat in the meat to do any other browning.) Add meet tomatoes and chili beans to slow cooker along with desired amount of chili powder.
I find this is excellent over whole wheat pasta which is not included in the nutritional breakdown.
