Mashed Potatos with Cauliflower Puree

Ingredients
5 cups of mashed potatos1 tbsp salt2 tbsp garlic1/2 cup cauliflower puree
Directions
Make mashed potato's anyway you'd like, just add 1/2 cup of cauliflower puree into the mix.
For the puree just steam a head of either fresh or frozen cauliflower then use a blender, food processor to puree it. Add to mashed potatoes.
Add a good bit of garlic, salt, and pepper to cover the taste for the kids. Mine love it!
