1.0 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw1.0 sweetpotato, 5" long Sweet potato1.0 carrot Carrots, cooked1.0 small Onions, raw1.0 cup Chickpeas (garbanzo beans)2.0 cup Vegetable Broth2.0 tbsp Sunflower Oil
Cut all the veggies into cubes and saute them with the oil until the until the onions become golden. Add the vegetable broth and let everything simmer for at least 1 hour to create a creamy texture.
Serve with bread
