Shar's Delicious Oat Muffins

Ingredients
2 tbsp Butter, unsalted 0.25 cup, packed Brown Sugar 0.25 cup Granulated Sugar 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A 1.5 cup Oats, Quaker 1.25 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour .5 tsp Salt 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tsp Baking Powder .75 tsp Baking Soda Topping:1 tbsp Butter, salted 1 tsp unpacked Brown Sugar .25 cup Oats, Quaker 1 t cinnamon
Directions
Melt butter. Mix ingredients in order given. Let oats soak in milk mixture briefly. Add remaining ingredients. Mix lightly and spoon into muffin time sprayed with cooking spray.

For topping, melt 1 T butter, mix with 1/4 C rolled oats, 1+T brown sugar, and 1 T cinnamon. Top and bake at 375 degrees for 16 - 18 minutes.
