Spicy Mexican Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
2 1/2 pounds Lean Ground Turkey1/2 cup Black Beans, rinsed and drained1 chopped scallion1 medium chopped carrot1 tbsp chopped parsley3 tbsp chopped cilantro2 tbsp ground cumin1 tbsp chili powder1 tsp salt1/4 tsp black pepper
Directions
Makes 7 burgers

Mix all ingredients
Roll into 7 equal size balls, then flatten into burgers
Grill for about 7 mins on each side, or till juice runs clear when pierced.
