Mozzerella tomato salad

Ingredients
8 oz Mozzerella cheese, cubed4 tsp Extra virgin light olive oil1/2 tbsp parsley1/2 tsp basil1 cup fresh mushrooms-chopped4 pieces sun dried tomatoes-chopped4 cups romaine salad greens

in medium bowl combine mozzerella cheese, olive oil, basil and parsley, tomatoes and mushrooms. Toss. Cover and chill 2-4 hours. Let stand 30 mins at room temp before serving. Serve on a bed of fromaine lettuce greens
