Ingredients
3 Egg white, large 1 tsp Vanilla Extract Dash sea salt1 Tbsp skim milkDash Cinnamon, ground 3/4 cup cup Oats
Directions
Place oats, eggs, milk, vanilla and cinnamon and salt in blender. Blend until smooth.
Fry in pan.
Serve with 1/2 banana, 2 tbsp chopped walnuts and syrup( not calculated in recipe).
