3 tsp Active Dry Yeast (by GRTMOMX3) 1 cup warm water2.75 cup Flour, white 3 tsp Granulated Sugar 1 tsp Salt
Dissolve yeast in water with sugar. Add salt and flour and mix in stand mixer until dough forms. Grease bowl, add dough and cover and let rise about 30 minutes. Divide into 10 rolls, whatever shape you want. Place on greased baking sheet and let rise for 15-20 minutes. Bring 8 cups water to a boil, slash the tops of rolls. Add 1/3 cup baking soda to the water (it will bubble up so be careful). Boil rolls for 1-2 minutes per side, shake off excess water and return to baking sheet. Bake at 425 until rolls are golden, about 10-15 minutes).
