Buffalo chicken banana Peppers

2 lbs. Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 2 8 ounce packages Low fat cream cheese 1.25 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated 1 tbsp Buffalo Wing - Frank's Red Hot Wings Sauce 12 medium (4-1/2" long) Banana Peppers 1 tsp Paprika
I always have cooked shredded chicken on hand. I heat it in the crockpot at the beginning of the week and use it all week. If you don't have cooked chicken on hand, use can (will impact sodium) or poach some to shred.
Preheat oven to 425
Spray baking pan with sides
Slice Banana peppers in half and remove seeds, lay on baking pan
Mix the shredded chicken, cream cheese, parmesan cheese, and hot wing sauce in mixing bowl
Once filling is mixed, stuff the peppers with the mix until it is gone. Sprinkle Paprika over the top
Bake for 12-15 minutes.
Serving Size: makes 12 servings. Serving size 2 halves or one full pepper
