Stuffed Green Peppers

Ingredients
4 oz Jennie-O Lean Ground Turkey 1 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower, frozen, cooked 1 cup 365 Organic Diced Tomatoes 4 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 1 cup Cheese - Kraft Mozzerella Shredded 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
Directions
Cut tops off of peppers and remove seeds. Parboil for 5 minutes.
Brown meat, onions, cauliflower crumbles and seasoning to taste. Add diced tomatoes and place into prepared peppers. Add cheese on top and bake in a casserole dish for about 15 minutes and serve warm.
