Best Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
2 Cups Flour2 Cups Sugar3/4 cup cocoa1 cup canola oil2 eggs1 cup buttermilk1.5 tsp vanilla extract2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1 cup boiling water
Directions
Preheat oven to 300 degrees
Greese and flour baking pan (9 x 13 or 2 8-inch rounds)
Combine all ingredients in large bowl
Mix on medium speed until well blended
Bake for 45 minutes for rounds or 60 minutes for rectangle pan. Cake is done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool in pan on rack.
