Honey Chicken

Ingredients
0.5 cup Honey 0.5 cup Soy Sauce 4 clove Garlic 1 tsp Oregano, ground 1 tsp Basil 0.5 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne 0.5 tsp Pepper, black 8 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken Thigh 5 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.) Potato, raw 5.3 serving Baby Carrots, raw (3oz = 9pcs = 1 serving)
Directions
Combine first 7 ingredients except chicken in a bowl and mix. In a crock pot, place 4 chicken thighs, potatoes, then carrots in layers. Add salt to taste. Then add rest of chicken and marinade. Cook on high 4 hours or low 8 hours.
