Ingredients
1/4 cup Organic Whole Ground Flax Seed Meal 1/2 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1/2 tsp Baking Powder 1/4 oz Motts unsweetened Applesauce 2 packets Stevia1 egg
Directions
Mix together in microwaveable coffee mug the flaxseed, baking powder, Stevia and cinnamon
Then add egg and applesauce.
Microwave for 1 min
