1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated 1/4 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Oregano, ground 1 tsp Parsley, dried 1/4 tsp Thyme, ground 11/2 cup, diced Ham, regular 11/2 cup, chopped Broccoli, cooked 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 3 tsp Baking Powder 4 tbsp Flax Seed Meal 8 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 4 tbsp Coconut flour 1/2 cup Almond Flour6 large Eggs
preheated oven 375F.
Combine cheese, broccoli, ham and onion in a bowl.
In another bowl beat eggs until foamy..blend in oil add dry ingredients and beat until smooth. Then add other bowl mixture until just blended. Put into 12 greased muffin cups. Bake at 375F for 20-25 minutes until lightly browned. (toothpick comes out clean) Serve hot or cold.
Serving Size: makes 12 large muffins
