1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1lb Ground Turkey 2 Tbsp Pesto Sauce 1/4 c almond flour 5 slices SargentoŽ Ultra ThinŽ Provolone Cheese Slices
Combine the ground turkey, almond flour, egg, salt and pepper, and pesto in a medium bowl, mixing until thoroughly combined.
Layer the bottom of a loaf pan with 1/2 of the turkey mixture. Followed by the provolone slices and top off with the rest of the turkey mixture.
Bake in oven at 375 for 40 minutes, or until turkey is cooked through.
Cut into 10 squares.
