Low Fat Waffles

Ingredients
3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.50 tsp Salt 2 tsp Baking Powder 1.75 cup Silk Pure Almond Milk - Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk 1 serving Applesauce - Unsweetened Musselman's 4oz 1.75 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 1.5 tsp Truvia Baking Blend Natural Sweetener with Sugar - serving size 1/2 tsp (2g)
Directions
Mix dry ingredients and set aside

Separate egg yolks from egg whites and mix egg yolks with milk; beat egg whites until stiff and set aside

Mix egg yolk and milk mixture with dry ingredients; add unsweetened applesauce and mix well

Fold in beaten egg whites, do not over mix

Cook in waffle maker :)
