Lettuce Tacos

Ingredients
Refried BeansBlack BeansRice (Brown or White)Hot Sauce (optional)Cheese (optional)SalsaOnionHalf Head of Lettuce (Leaves Separated)
Directions
Cook rice with chopped onion and 2 table spoons of hot sauce in water as directed on package.
Warm up refried beans with 2 tablespoons of water and 1 tablespoon of hot sauce.
Warm up black beans.
Spread refried beans in lettuce leaves top with rice and black beans. Top with salsa.
You can serve as a buffet and make this dish as creative as you would like at tomatoes, cheese, onion, peppers, etc.
