3 cup Baby Spinach 3 cup Kale 2 2/3 cup Water 1.5 cup Non-fat Greek yogurt Plain-Great Value 20 tsp Coconut Oil 20 tsp Benefiber 20 serving Emergen-C 1 tsp Celery seed
1. Steep celery seeds in 1 cup of boiling water for 20 minutes
2. Strain celery seed from water, add coconut oil, and let sit until cool
3. Add water and remaining ingredients to smoothie blender, blend until kale and spinach are fully blended (add water as necessary to yield 6 2/3 juice)
4. Pour into 1/3 cup ice cube trays, freeze
Serving Size: Makes 20 ice cubes (1/3 cup)
