Collard Green Quiche

Ingredients
1 pound of Bacon4 Eggs, fresh1 1/3 cup milk 1%1 Cup Cheddar Low Fat (shredded)2 Cups Collards greens, frozen, cooked drained, 1 small Onion, chopped1 1/2 cup *Heart Smart Bisquick salt and pepper
Directions
cut bacon into small pieces, fry till crispy then add the onion and collard greens. saute for 1 min and set aside.
in a large bowl add the milk, eggs, cheddar, salt and pepper to taste. then beat with fork for couple seconds
then add the cooled collards and blend
lastly, add the bisquick mix and with fork blend well. spray 2 cake pans divide mixture in 2
bake 400. for 30 mins...
