Directions
200 grams Zucchini .5 cup Tomato Sauce .5 cup Cheese, Mozzarella Cheese, Fat/Free, Shredded Kraft .5 cup Spinach, fresh 6 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Cut zucchini the long way down the middle. Scoop out the middle (I used a knife to cut a grid, and then scooped with a melon scoop). Take the excess zucchini and put it in a separate bowl.
Lay the outer zucchini on a baking sheet. Fill with cooked ground turkey.
In the separate bowl with the excess zucchini, add all tomato sauce, 1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese, and all chopped spinach. Mix well.
Add the contents of the separate bowl on top of the ground turkey in the "boat." Sprinkle the extra 1/4 cup of cheese.
Bake on 400 for 20 minutes.
