Green Bell Pepper .5 cup Tomatoes - sm cherry tomatoes 0.25 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz) 1 small (6-3/8" long) Cucumber (peeled) 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil .5 tbsp (C) Vinegar, Red Wine (Gr Value) .5 tsp Salt - Table - 1 tsp. (by MIKNMEG) 0.25 tsp Black Pepper, Freshly Ground (by MEJ168) 1 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
Directions
Chop all Ingredients into a bowl. Mix olive oil/vinegar/mustard/S&P.
