1 poundLean Ground Sirloin 10% Fat 1/3 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup Tomato Sauce (reserve 1/4 cup separate)1 teapsoon Garlic, Minced,in water3 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1/2 Cup Diamond Nut Thins, crushed
In a bowl, combine sirloin, onions, 3/4 cup tomato sauce, garlic, Mrs. dash and egg. Mix well till all ingredients combined. Add crushed crackers and mix well. Form into a loaf and place on a pan that will drain the fat below. Spread rest of tomato sauce on top, sprinkle parsley flakes or Mrs. Dash on top.
