Vegetable Goulash

Ingredients
1 pound Ground beef, lean 2 cup elbow macaroni noodles 15 ounce can Tomato Sauce1/2 cup, chopped Onions, raw, chopped1/4 tsp Chili powder 15 ounce can Corn, drained6 ounce can Tomato Juice - LOW SODIUM 2 (10.5 ounce) cans Vegetable soup 1/4 tsp Pepper, black 1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning1 green bell pepper, chopped
Directions
Add ground beef to dutch oven or stock pot. Brown ground beef and drain grease. Add onion and bell pepper, cook until tender. Season with Italian seasoning, chili powder and black pepper. Combine soup, tomato juice, tomato sauce, and corn. Stir well and bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes. Serve in bowls and sprinkle crushed cornflakes or breadcrumbs on top (optional).
If you don't want all the sodium by using the soups, substitute with a (15 ounce) can of mix vegetables.
