Rice & Lentil Bake

Ingredients
1 cup Peas and carrots, frozen 3 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 2 serving Chicken: Grilled Chicken Breast Strips, 3 oz/serving 0.25 cup Cheddar Cheese, Kroger shredded Sharp Cheddar .5 cup rown rice, uncooked 1 cup Lentils, uncooked
Directions
Put all ingredients but cheese in baking dish.
Cover & Bake at 375 for 1 hour
Uncover & top with cheese
Bake additional 15-20 minutes
Add any seasoning desired
