Protein oatmeal breakfast cookies

Ingredients
1.75 cup dry Oatmeal (plain) 2 serving Beverly International: UMP serving size 1 scoop (31.5g) (by RURABE) 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 4 serving Egg white, large 1 tbsp Honey .75 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 oz coconut flake, unsweetened (by FOODISGOOD4YOU) 1 tbsp Cinnamon, ground
Directions
Preheat oven to 350f
Mix Oatmeal, coconut flakes, cinnamon and UMP in a bowl
Mix banana, Honey, egg whites, water and honey in the blender
Blend ingredients and drop 2tbsp on cookie sheet - use Pam these are sticky.
Cook 10-15 minutes at 350
