Salmon patties

Ingredients
14.0 oz Pink Salmon (fish)1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.5 cup Panko breadcrumbs3.0 tbsp Mayonnaise, regular (mayo)0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw0.25 cup, diced Celery, raw0.5 small (5-1/2" long) Carrots, raw1.0 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend
Directions
Cook celery onions and carrots in a little spray oil. Mix everything together. Only use half the bread crumbs. Make patties. Top both sides with other half bread crumbs. At in the fridge until ready to "fry". Cook in a pan until browned in each side and warmed thru.
