1.0 tsp Celery seed1.0 tsp Garlic powder3.0 dash Pepper, black3.0 dash Salt3.0 cup Beef broth, bouillon, consomme1.5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw2.0 cup Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned1.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw1.0 cup Tomato Sauce1.5 cup Tomato juice, without salt added24.0 oz Ground beef, extra lean (15% fat) pan broiled2.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap2.0 cup Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes300.0 grams Red Potato1.5 cup Frozen green peas
Dice all fresh veg, and brown and drain meat. Dump everything in crockpot and let cook on high 4 or 5 hours. Servings 1-2 cups
