Darie's Cheddar Cheese Sauce

Ingredients
.12 cup Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, enriched, calcium-fortified 2 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted 1 cup Lactaid 2% Milk 0.75 cup Cheese, Kraft 2% Milk Reduced Fat Shredded Cheddar 2 slice Kraft Free American Cheese Singles 1 tsp Horseradish 1 tsp French's Classic Yellow Mustard .1 tsp Condiments: Tobasco Sauce (McIlhenny) (by DEY101)
Directions
In a sauce pan melt 2 pats of butter and stir in 1 Tbsp of flour. Gradually stir in 1 cup of milk to blend butter/flour mixture. Add 3/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, 2 slices of American Cheese, 1 tsp horseradish, 1/2 to 1 tsp mustard, and just a splash of tobasco sauce. Heat on medium until all is smooth and well blended.

Serve over either steamed cauliflower or broccoli, or both.
