Ingredients
1 serving Eggplant Pizza Crust (one 6-7" crust - follow recipe)1/4 cup Prego Marinara sauce5 slices Hormel Turkey Pepperoni1-2 thin slices of onion thin sliced green/yellow peppers (approx. 10)2 oz Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat 1 fresh basil leaf cut into strips2 tbsp Parmigiano Reggiano
Directions
Put ingredients on eggplant pizza crust. Add other veggies as desired. Bake 10 minutes at 350.
