BBQ Seitan

Ingredients
1 cup Wheat Gluten Flour (Vital) (by VEGANJAZ) .5 cup Nutritional Yeast Flakes .5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap .5 cup Sweet Baby Ray's Honey Barbeque Sauce
Directions
Mix the gluten flour and yeast flakes. Mix the BBQ sauce and water. Then combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients to make a semi-sticky dough. Flatten to about an inch or so thick. Mix more BBQ sauce and more water to make a broth in a sauce pan and simmer on medium heat. When the broth is warm, add cut pieces of the dough and simmer for 30-45 minutes. Let set overnight. Tasty served with saute' onions and veggies. Great served warm with more BBQ sauce.
