0.5 cup dry Oatmeal (plain)2.0 extra small (less than 6" long) Banana, fresh0.5 cup (not packed) Cottage Cheese, 2% Milkfat4.0 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract22.0 gram(s) whey factors vanilla whey0.5 tsp Baking Powder1.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground
Directions
Mix all ingredients in blender/good processes Heat and lightly grease a frying pan Pour batter in about 1/4 1cup increments to cook When bubbles bitten to form flip pancake Top with applesauce, peanut butter, or maple syrup Or freeze and micorwave/put in toaster for a quick morning breakfast
