0.5 cup dry Oatmeal (plain)2.0 extra small (less than 6" long) Banana, fresh0.5 cup (not packed) Cottage Cheese, 2% Milkfat4.0 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract22.0 gram(s) whey factors vanilla whey0.5 tsp Baking Powder1.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground
Mix all ingredients in blender/good processes
Heat and lightly grease a frying pan
Pour batter in about 1/4 1cup increments to cook
When bubbles bitten to form flip pancake
Top with applesauce, peanut butter, or maple syrup
Or freeze and micorwave/put in toaster for a quick morning breakfast
