Ingredients
0.75 cup Yellow Cornmeal1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 cup Milk, 3.25%4.0 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil1.25 cup Flour, white2.0 tsp Baking Powder0.25 cup Granulated Sugar
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°. You will bake 20 - 25 minutes until golden brown top. Mix ingredients together and use ice cream scoop to put in muffin tin. Use spray to coat tin.
