Keto Lasagna

Ingredients
48 oz Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk 2 cup Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk 1 cup Kraft Shredded Parmesan Cheese Natural Cheese 8 cup Tomato Sauce 5 link, 5/lb Italian Sausage, pork 8 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tbsp Oregano, ground 1 tbsp Pepper, black 1 tsp Salt 1 tbsp Onion powder 1 tbsp Garlic powder 16 oz Cream Cheese
Directions
Cook ground beef and sausage in a pan. Drain and add the tomato sauce with whatever spices you like in your sauce. Turn down to low and let simmer for 30 mins to an hour.
In another bowl beat together the eggs and cream cheese. Until combined. Add 2 cups shredded mozzarella and 1/2 cup parmesan. Preheat your oven to 375, line your baking sheets with something that wont stick (trust me on this one). Pour the mixture into two separate baking sheets, spread with a spatula and bake for 20-30 mins. Remove from the oven to cool slightly. Remove from the pan, slice into 8-10 slices. These will be your 'noodles'.
Assemble your lasagna with the meat sauce, 'noodles', ricotta, mozzarella, and repeat into two lasagna pans. Bake at 375 for approx 30 mins.
