1 serving Bacon - Farmland Thick Sliced Bacon 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw 3 slice (6-1/4" x 4" x 1/16") Ham, regular (11% fat) 0.25 cup cheddar cheese, grated (by 12006669)
Cook the bacon in a separate pan. It will be used in the place of toast.
Beat egg.
Dice already cooked potatoe. Cook in a little butter until slightly browned. Add diced ham. Cook until ham is hot. Pour scrambled egg in, and cook until just set. Top with grated cheese. Cover top of pan until cheese melts.
