2.0 tbsp Honey3.0 serving "Fisher" Almonds, Sliced (1 oz)16.0 tbsp Shredded Coconut Unsweetened (Bob's Red Mill)3.0 cup quick oats Ralston1.0 cup Fisher chopped pecans1.0 cup Fisher walnut pieces0.5 cup farmers market roasted sunflower seeds4.0 tbsp arrowhead gold flax seeds0.5 tsp salt
Directions
Add 4T cinnamon and 2T vanilla. Mix. Bake at 400 for 15 min, stir once. Serving Size: .25 cup
