Ingredients
10 Italian tomato Red Ripe Tomatoes 1 large Onions, raw 1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 4 clove Garlic 2 tbsp Butter, unsalted 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Oregano, ground 0.5 tbsp Basil 1 tsp, crumbled Bay Leaf
Directions
Blanch tomatoes to remove skin and seeds Purée tomatoes Sauté onion, pepper, and garlic Add tomato and seasonings Bring to boil, simmer 2 hours Serving Size: 8 servings
