Crispy Baked Breaded Baby Okra

Ingredients
60 gram(s) Aurora Italian Style Breadcrumbs with Italian Romano Cheese 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black 2 serving Fresh Egg, beaten 400 gram(s) Fresh Baby Okra
Directions
Preheat oven to 450°C

Rinse okra.
In a shallow bowl, mix the egg, salt and pepper. Dip okra in the egg mixture.

In a ziplock bag, toss okra with breadcrumbs until well coated - place okra in pan or a raised baking rack.

Bake for 8-10 minutes or until breadcrumbs are golden brown.
Slightly let it cool and enjoy with your favourite dip.
