Gluten Free Creamy Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients
2.75 cup Milk, 3.25% 3 tbsp Cocoa Powder, Hershey's Natural Unsweetened (unlisted nutrients estimated from USDA website) .25 cup Corn Starch 0.125 tsp Salt, Sifto Table Salt (by FAREWELLBC) 2 tbsp Butter, salted 1 tsp Vanilla Extract .25 cup Granulated Sugar
Directions
In a pan mix all your dry ingredients, then add the milk. Stir constantly over med heat till it thickens. Then add the butter and Vanilla, remove from heat stir till the butter is melted and mixed in well.
Pour into serving dishes and let cool a few min, then serve warm, or place in the refrigerator to cool.
