Thai basil chicken

Ingredients
8.0 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken Thigh3.0 pepper Serrano Peppers2.0 tbsp Fish Sauce0.25 cup Green Chili Peppers, canned2.0 tbsp Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime4.0 tbsp Soy sauce (tamari)1.0 tbsp Cider Vinegar4.0 tsp Ginger Root8.0 tbsp Basil3.0 cup Green Beans (snap)1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw1.0 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
Directions
Cube thigh meat. To a Crock-Pot add chopped onions then chicken carrots peppers green beans then everything else except basil. Cook on low 5 to 6 hours then add basil and cook another 30 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
