20 Minute Honey Granola

Ingredients
1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract0.33 cup Coconut Oil0.67 cup Honey2.0 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)4.0 oz Almonds (whole, raw, Kirkland brand)4.0 cup dry Oatmeal (plain)16.0 tbsp Shredded Coconut Unsweetened (Bob's Red Mill)
Directions
Heat oven to 300° Combine wet ingredients in one bowl and dry in another. Then combine 2 bowls together. Spread mixture on 2 sheets. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from heat & stir. Bake 10 minutes more. Cool and store in airtight container. Serving Size: 1/4 cup
