Creamy Tomato pasta

Ingredients
1 tbsp Butter, salted 750 grams ripe Tomatoes 1 large Onion, diced .5 cup Milk, 3.25% 1 tbsp Dried Italian Herbs .5 tsp Pepper, black 250 gram(s) Fettuccine .75 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese 3 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded
Directions
Chop onion and add to a non stick frying pan with the butter. Heat over a medium heat and cook the onions for a few minutes. Turn the heat to low.
Wash the tomatoes well, slice in half and remove the core. Place the tomatoes, cut side down, into the frying pan and cook over a low heat until the skin separates from the flesh. Remove the skin and discard. Chop the tomatoes with a cooking spoon.
Add in herbs and milk and allow to simmer over a lot heat while the pasta is cooking.
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente.
Serve the pasta and sauce topped with cheeses.
