Low Carb Cheesecake

Ingredients
1 1/4 cup Splenda2 8oz packages of lowfat cream cheese1 cup egg beaters2 tsp vanilla extract1 8 oz cup of lf sourcream
Directions
Stir together cream cheese, 1 cup Splenda 1 tsp vanilla extract and 3 eggs or egg sub together. Cook at 350 for 35 min. Let cool for 15 min and stir together sour cream, 1/4 cup of splenda and 1 tsp of Vanilla extract and top the cheesecake with it. Cook an additional 15 min, let cool then serve.
