0.75 lb Beef chuck1.0 small (5-1/2" long) Carrots, raw1.0 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour822.0 Grams Beans, red kidney2.0 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw2.0 tbsp Margarine, 70% vegetable oil spread
Season and stew beef chucks. Add water. Let it cook down. Add potatoes, beans and extra seasoning to add flavor. In a separate bowl make the dumplings. Combine flour salt and some water. Kneed the dough, roll small balls and add to the soup. Chop carrots and add as well. Don't for to stir regularly adding water to prevent it from thickening or burning. Lower the heat and let it cook. Serve hot or meal prep.
