.25 Cup Frozen Raspberries1 Cup Frozen Peaches4 Fresh Strawberries1 Small Fresh banana.75 Cup 1% Milk1 container low fat Vanilla Yogurt
Directions
Add fruit, yogurt, and milk to blender and blend until smooth! Pour and enjoy - or freeze and eat as ice cream! Super Fresh and Yummy!

    what size container? or low fat vanilla yogurt - 5/28/08

    Sorry - i didn't check back until now... the container of Light Vanilla Yogurt is a single serving size (8oz). I buy Lucerne brand and just noticed that they have changed the size to a 6oz container... it still tastes the same - so it is actually a tad bit better on the numbers using 2oz less!
