.06 cup Emeril's All Natural Organic Vegetable Stock (by JANIS-IRENE) 1 cup Spinach, fresh 1 tbsp Kirkland Organic Salsa 1 serving Bread - Sprouted 7-Grain - Trader Joes 1 large Scrambled Egg 1 large Egg white, fresh .5 serving California Navel Orange - medium orange (131g)
Cook spinach and salsa in vegetable stock
Toast bread
Scramble egg and egg white
Pour in pan on medium and cook until almost done
Add spinach mix to half, fold over, and continue cooking until done
Cut orange in quarters
ENJOY!
