Ingredients
3.0 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw2.0 cup Leeks3.0 serving Promise, Light Margarine, tub, 1 Tbsp6.0 cup Beef broth, bouillon, consomme0.5 cup Half and Half Cream
Directions
Melt margarine in a large cooking pot Chop potatoes and leek and stir into melted margarine Add broth and boil for 1 hour. Add half and half and put in blender Ready to serve with croutons
